Habitat Warsaw’s foundation was driven by our ambition to create a modern brokerage, that breaks up with the classic approach to buying and selling real estate.


Selling strategy

We believe that the process of selling real estate in the premium segment in 2022 requires involvement of more instruments; digital marketing, market data, creative approach and active promotion of listings. A real estate agency should combine the features of a marketing agency, personal consultancy, content publisher and have comprehensive, constantly deepened knowledge of the real estate market. Our mission is to actively create a market for our real estate offers, and our work is not limited to publishing offers and waiting for a phone call.

Our experience has enabled us to develop our own 4-step process of selling real estate. Each sales stage is carefully planned and implemented in accordance with the schedule, and our clients are thoroughly informed about subsequent activities. Our sales strategy has helped us sell 100% of our exclusive listings between 2018 and 2022.


We want to connect people not only with the property, but also with its surroundings ? its history, architecture, local environment. Promoting local entrepreneurs, stories and initiatives builds deeper relationships between people and the place where they live. We want to co-create a friendly, urban Habitat and contribute to greater awareness of the place among its inhabitants. We are interested in urban enterprises, local businesses, and social infrastructure. We always try to gather as much knowledge as possible about the immediate surroundings of the property that we offer to our clients.


In our opinion, an ideal real estate salesperson should understand the lifestyle and needs of demanding clients so that he is able to tailor the offer to them and provide a sense of transaction security. At Habitat Warsaw, we combine marketing activities and a sales strategy with comprehensive and personalized service. We believe that our commitment, level of contact, and comprehensiveness of offered course of actions can significantly affect the customer’s experience in the process of buying or selling real estate. Very often the closing of a transaction is not the end of our cooperation with the client, but the beginning of our joint, long-term relationships. In our opinion, customer recommendations and positive PR have more strength and effectiveness than any advertisement.
